AML & KYC Policy
Our anti-money-laundering framework, customer due diligence and source-of-funds checks under Anjouan licensing.
Bushtrack Entertainment N.V. operates Wild Hub under the AML obligations of its Anjouan Gaming License and aligns with international standards drawn from the FATF Recommendations.
Risk-based approach
Every player is risk-scored at registration and continuously thereafter. Scoring inputs include jurisdiction, payment method, deposit velocity, gameplay patterns and PEP/sanctions screening via third-party bureau checks. Higher-risk profiles trigger Enhanced Due Diligence and may be subject to deposit or withdrawal hold pending review.
Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Standard CDD requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within 90 days before the first withdrawal exceeding €2,000 cumulative. CDD may be triggered earlier on request or where the risk score requires it.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
EDD is triggered for high-value accounts (cumulative deposits > €15,000), Politically Exposed Persons, accounts with unusual transaction patterns or accounts based in higher-risk jurisdictions. EDD includes source-of-funds documentation (recent payslips, tax returns, sale-of-asset documentation or bank statements covering the source of the funds being deposited).
Transaction monitoring
All deposits and withdrawals are screened for unusual patterns including rapid cycling, round-number deposits without gameplay, requests inconsistent with declared income and withdrawal-to-new-method requests. Flagged transactions are reviewed by our compliance team and may be held pending additional information.
Sanctions screening
All players are screened against UN, EU and OFAC sanctions lists at registration and continuously thereafter. Matches result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)
Where a transaction or pattern gives rise to reasonable grounds for suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, Bushtrack Entertainment N.V. files a Suspicious Activity Report with the appropriate financial intelligence unit. Players are not notified of SAR filings, as required by law.
Record keeping
All KYC documentation and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with our Anjouan license and FATF guidance. Records are stored encrypted at rest and access-logged.
Staff training
Wild Hub compliance and customer-facing staff complete AML training at induction and at least annually thereafter. Staff are required to escalate any suspicious activity to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
